Learn a combination of boxing, kicking, elbows and clinching skills and techniques to develop coordination, strength, fitness and confidence.
This class is perfect to empower you and your children, be it for body confidence, self-esteem, self-defence or simply for all round fitness.
Our Ninja HQ owner and former pro Muay Thai fighter Lenny, ensures all ages and fitness levels are welcomed, encouraged and supported in a safe environment and taught the traditional values of respect and inclusion, the Muay Thai way.
