Designed by commandos in the military, this training session is a high-intensity full body workout perfect for losing weight, building muscles and getting the motivation boost you need. Utilising practical movement such as lifting, carrying, pushing and more, this training regime will boost your daily stamina and power you through your daily tasks. Run by one of our commando trainers, who will push you to your limit.
