BOXING KEILOR PARK
Learn to defend yourself while getting fit, boxing in a olympic sized boxing ring. Using boxing training techniques, you can improve your fitness, agility and strengths without having to face a challenger in the ring. Classes are run by one of our boxing coaches, who will guide you through techniques to get you the most of our your training.
All classes are structured and guided by a Boxing Syllabus.
